How do I sign up for Branch Direct?

Get started with quick payments to your preferred payout method by signing up for Branch Direct!

Signing Up for Branch Direct

1. Open the link provided by your workplace on any device to sign up for Branch Direct.
2. Click Get Started.
3. Select the Instantly to a Card option.
   • Alternatively, you can select the In Instantly with Branch option if you are interested in opening a Branch account.
4. Review and accept the Terms of Service.
5. Enter your email address or phone number. 
6. Follow the confirmation link sent to your provided contact method.
7. Once signup is complete, connect your bank debit card for seamless payments.

Note: Branch Direct only accepts Visa, Discover, Mastercard, or NYCE debit cards.

To sign up for Branch Direct, you must use the specific link provided by your workplace. If you cannot locate this link, please contact your workplace for assistance.

Not Receiving the Confirmation Link?

• Ensure the email address or phone number entered matches the contact information on file with your workplace. If uncertain, contact your workplace for verification.
• For emails, check all folders, including Promotions, Spam, or Junk.
• For phone numbers, confirm that the text message wasn’t filtered into a Spam or Junk section.

Important to Note: Branch Direct is only available through Branch partner organizations that have opted into this feature.
